Sperrin Gold- Glenelly, Sawelbeg & Glenhull

This scenic route, which is largely traffic free, takes you through Glenelly, the longest and most beautiful valley in the Sperrins. The Sperrins are also well known for its gold deposits, which are found in the region’s ancient rocks and sediments.

Savour the magnificent views of Sawel, the highest mountain in the Sperrins. As you cycle appreciate the wonderful landscape of Glenelly and its scenic side valleys.

Strule Valley- Newtownstewart, Douglas Bridge, Sion Mills, Plumbridge, Gortin

The Strule Valley route takes you along a main tributary of the Foyle catchment and several area’s attractive valleys. The Foyle catchment is one of the most prolific game angling river systems in Western Europe.

Derg Valley- Derg Valley, Newtownstewart,Baronscourt, Castlederg, Sion Mills, Douglas Bridge

The Derg Valley cycle route brings you along quiet country roads and through picturesque mill villages and rural towns, which contain fine examples of medieval gaelic and early plantation castles.
